uh oh, you're in trouble! No, all designs that involve certain characters, i either use characters from the public domain, or I make use of first distribution rights.

Payment & Shipping
Payments can be made via paypal (either by using your paypal account, or using a credit/debit card). Direct Credit/debit card payments should become available soon. margon or i could fly over and collect the cash. no, people want to know their money is safe and secure, they are not going to hand it over to either of you two. but it will be safe and secure in our pockets. i don't remember making your pockets encrypted. encrypted? isn't that just a word for locking a zombie in it's bedroom?

Shipping within the UK: All pre-made items will be sent within 2 - 3 working days via Roya... ooh, ooh, ooh, can we deliver them? sure... yay.... if you get a job with royal mail... awww. Custom orders will be sent via Royal Mail, as soon as they are created/finished.

International shipping: All pre-made items will be... did you ask? yea, it was a "no". awww. will you guys shut up, i'm trying to talk to the customers. pre-made items will be sent within 2 - 3 working days. Custom orders will be sent as soon as they are created/finished.

Delivery times: can vary depending on ser... if you let us do it, we would be super quick. shush! depending on service and country. Generally delivery times are 1 - 5 days within the UK and 2 - 4 weeks Internationally. You will be given a tracking number upon order dispatch.

Non Delivery: If you do not receive your item within 15 working days (UK) or 30 working days (International) please give us a shout and I shall do what I can to fix the issue. if we were allowed to deliver them, the parcels would never get lost. it would be you that got lost, not the parcel.
Returns & Refunds
Pre-made items can be returned fo... why would anyone want to return our items? sometimes things don't fit, maybe you need you need to put tail holes in the clothes, for a better fit. don't be silly margon, humans don't have tails. they don't? awww, poor them. anyway, as i was saying, pre-made items can be returned for a full refund of the item price plus standard postage costs.
Custom Orders can not be returned... why? if you let me finish, i was about to explain. they can't be returned for a refund, due to their personalised specific designs.
In the unlikely event that your pre-made or custom order arrives damaged, oh no, that would be terrible. yea, that wouldn't happen if we delivered it. oh my gosh, will you guys please stop interrupting and let me finish. fine. please do not worry if there's any damage upon arrival, you can return it for a repair. Once repaired it will be returned back to you.
In order to return any item (for refund or repair), please notify us in writing via our contact form, within 7 days of receiving the item.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of a return or repair.
Pre-made items must be returned unworn/unused, complete with any and all tags and stickers still attached.
You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, wow, I think that's the longest you 3 have let me speak without butting in. don't get used to it.
